Atlantis is readied for the lift as the upender sling is positioned overhead. Atlantis begins it's rollout to Pad 39A asit exits the VAB. Poised for the skies.

As the sun peaks out from behind the ET, Atlantis trundles through the gate and toward Pad 39A. Atlantis, with Pad 39A in the backgrounds proceeds down the crawlerway in this milestone of the STS-117 mission. Atlantis heads to Pad 39A before sunrise for its second rollout for STS-117
